St と k の関係についてのおさらい
St := f Lref / Uref
k := ω Lref /(2Uref) = 2πf Lref /(2Uref) = πf Lref /Uref
where- St = Strouhal number
- k = reduced frequency
- f = frequency (e.g. wingbeat frequency in flapping flight, heart rate in hemodynamics)
- Lref = reference length (e.g. mean chord length in flapping flight, diameter of blood vessel in hemodynamics)
- Uref = reference velocity (e.g. wingtip velocity in flapping flight, mean inlet velocity in hemodynamics)
- ω := 2πf = angular frequency
- reference length = stroke amplitude
- reference velocity = forward speed
