VisIt vs ParaView (in terms of Plot3D & Tecplot)

on Win XP 32 bit, w/ binaries.

Tecplot (.plt) --> no problem for both.

Plot3D (.xyz) -->
  VisIt (v 2.0.1): open = OK; draw = error  : (
  ParaView (v 3.8.0): AOK!

∴ use ParaView.

openDX? no way
